IIRC, under new rules, everyone loses their points except for those in this round. Any votes you get now are carried over, and the ones you had before this round are lost.

I'm going to continue my personal crusade to get Harlan Thompson into this hall of fame. He's the author of the best Civ2 scenario ever - the Genghis Khan thingy - so it's a disgrace he's not included.

Harlan, that's my only vote this time around. Not that I can't think of anybody else, but it's just damned hard to choose. I don't recall how many points he'll get from me though, but I think four.
