Fairly accurate actually Obviously I share some elements with groups like Christians, but in RL I'm miles away. My personal religion, if you can call it that is a kind of combination of Buddhist elements, LaVeyan Satanism and sophist atheism.

question 4 about afterlife is bothersome because there isn't an option that all people will be admitted to heaven whether good or wicked... why the hell not? no religion holds that all people will be admitted to heaven?

Tired of ads?

anyway, i used to always get "1. Orthodox Judaism" followed by "2. Reform Judaism" (i guess because i dont believe in jesus as the son of god, i dont believe in a hell, and i believe heaven is irrelevant to living your life) but now i got...

quote:
1. Mainline to Liberal Christian Protestants (100%)
2. Bahá'í Faith (87%)
3. Unitarian Universalism (83%)
4. Liberal Quakers (82%)
5. Christian Science (Church of Christ, Scientist) (80%)

i always got bahai quite high no matter what though. that has remained consistant. but damn... i'm not a jew no more

AS: Judaism. There's no conception of hell, so by default, all go to heaven . Hell in Judaism is an introspective concept, a psychological/philosophical condition if you will of being "far from God".

whaleboy, yeah everytime i used to take these tests my first two results would be Orthodox Jew and Reform Jew... so that's pretty consistantly jew to get two of the three main sects (and the only two on the test) as my first two choices... always had bahai as third though...

Well the differences between Reform and Liberal Judaism are negligible as far as the test is concerned... none of the questions would have generated very different responses for either, and Reform outnumbers Liberal in the progressive movement by quite a margin .

I can understand why you consider wrong the abortions, but divorces? What is wrong in this?

I am divorced. And I prefer the divorce to live with someone who I don't love.

Eh? I though Jews didn't believe in an afterlife. So in that sense they all lose. Any way the Test.

98% Swedenborgianism (MAD Props to anyone who knows what it is what is without googling)

1. Mainline to Conservative Christian/Protestant (90%) Edited was 100% but I put non of the above alot.
2. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormons) (85%)
3. Mainline to Liberal Christian Protestants (80%)
4. Bahá'í Faith (79%)
5. Jehovah's Witness (79%)

7. Islam (69%)

9. Eastern Orthodox (65%)
10. Roman Catholic (65%)
11. Seventh Day Adventist (64%)
12. Hinduism (57%)
13. Orthodox Quaker (57%)
14. New Thought (52%)
15. Jainism (51%)
16. Liberal Quakers (50%)
17. Sikhism (46%)
18. Unitarian Universalism (46%)
19. Reform Judaism (45%)
20. Scientology (43%)
21. Mahayana Buddhism (41%)
22. Theravada Buddhism (40%)
23. Nontheist (33%)
24. Neo-Pagan (26%)
25. New Age (26%)
26. Secular Humanism (21%)
27. Taoism (18%)

The Problem with this test is if you put non of the above it discounts it. The question on salvation sucked.

Got spare money?

Divorces are wrong in general. You promess yourself love up to the end, and people in the west seem to treat it very lightly
which ends up in a divorce after every quarrel and a new wedding a week later.
However, sometimes divorces are necessary.
People should be able to divorce as many times as they want to,
but divorces are wrong, if we consider marriage sth good.

I didn't promise "love up to the end" to anybody. How can I? I promise to be a loyal man. I loved her, but I didn't promise such thing.

Maybe is a matter of ages. I don't know how old are you. Are you young?

I'm a mature man and I don't believe in "romantic love" anymore. And I don't know if the marriage is the best human condition.

I took this thing before and I always get Secular Humanism of course, just for fun I'll do it this time and not allow myself to do any atheist responces...

And it says I should be a Sikh:

1. Sikhism (100%)
2. Neo-Pagan (99%)
3. Hinduism (98%)
4. Mahayana Buddhism (97%)
5. Liberal Quakers (96%)

Yay! Any religion that requires you to always carry around a big knife is OK by me. I always thought that Sikhism was one of the saner monotheistic religions...

It's has parallels to Sikhism and Islam. Incidentally, Sikhism is an offshoot of Islam. But that's all I know.

I just can't get any desire to go to church. Why? I already know all this crap anyways. Or I don't care about it.
