Accepted SFF from the Morganites. Incidentally, they're running 70% econ, 30% psych, 0% labs now.
Started on the war path:
Used supply crawlers to partially construct 6-1-2 rovers in 4 bases. Next turn two will finish, and the turn after the other two will.
Inserted Stockpile Energy everywhere it needed to be.
Rushed our northern Perimeter Defense. Cut the road leading to our obliterated base, because of the risk of a Spartan blitzkrieg.
Moved some formers towards strategic sensor locations.
Started producing some probe teams. The Spartans may not be as careful around us as they were in Morganite territory, and we need to take advantage of every mistake. On the other hand, if they know we have probes, they need to fight much more conservatively, impairing their war effort.
After the end of the turn, Yang moved a single infantry unit into view of our northwestern sensor.

Attacked PK base at (77, 65) for a free morale upgrade - killed the defender and the base.
Founded Razorbeak Wood's Memory, rushed a rec tank.
Shifted crawlers and workers near Fallow Time.
New colony pod at Virgin Soil heading for the sensor northwest of it.

We finish Intellectual Integrity in 2 turns, but can push it to 1 turn if desired, though it wouldn't be easy. Simply moving the sliders won't do it, since we lose too much to inefficiency.
Received Bio-Engineering from Morganites. Starting on the clean former horde. We need to consider going for the Longevity Vaccine, and possibly negotiate this with pactmates.
Trying to move our IoD to seas west of Hive territory.
Planting our last active CP next turn, then switching to Demo.
Found an artifact masquerading as a unity pod.

Planted our last colony pod, and switched to Democracy. As several bases already have children's creches, this means pop booming! An open question is whether our terraforming should favor condensor-farms or forests + tree farms. As things currently stand, our east is primarily forests and our west is more condensor-farms. I'm not sure if we've had a pop yet (there's a message this turn about one near Enigma Machine, for some reason), but we can't productively delay tree farms much longer.
Next turn we'll have Intellectual Integrity, one way or another. At that point, we can upgrade most of our police force to clean cops, 2-row units that control 2 drones and cost no support. Those plus rec commons quell 4 drones, allowing us to easily pop boom bases to size 5, at which point they can control the rest of their drones with productive specialists.
