He laughed his ass off! I also just found the coolest thing...in his study I found an actual map of one of the missions he flew over Iwo Jima there I spelled it right! Its very cool to look at an actual route map from WWII. He's glad to be home but seems to be gettting weaker. At least he's home.

Ming you don't have to keep this topped, I"m sure there are other things that you could put here and I don't want to take up space but thanks for the time you've let it be here it's meant alot to have some place to come and take solace

BTW the Oklahoma Sooner joke was very appropriate considering the fact that they live about 26 miles from the Oklahoma border and my father is an avid Texas Longhorn fan! He loves Aggie jokes to

An old Italian man goes to confession. "I committed a horrible sin," he tells his priest. "During World War II a beautiful young woman who was being hunted by the Nazis asked me to hide her, so I took her in."

"Well that's no sin," replies the priest. "That was a wonderful selfless act of charity. Why would you think it's a sin?"

"Because she insisted upon repaying me with sexual favors. And I must confess, I gave into her desires."

"Ooh," says the priest. "Yes, that was a sin. But it was war time and in such intense situations, it's understandable how one could give into temptation. So you're forgiven."

"I have one more question," said the old man. "Do I have to tell her the war's over?"

Suffering from ads?

Q: Why don't employers allow their Sooner-graduate employees take a coffee break?

A: Because it takes too long to retrain them.

*************************************

The Sooners and the Aggies were playing each other in a very critical football game. In the final minutes of the game, the Sooners, who were down by four points, got the ball on their own 10 yard line.

As they began their drive down the field, a train passed by and blew its whistle. The Aggies, thinking the game was over, ran off the field. Five plays later, the Sooners scored the winning touchdown.

Love them!! He's plugging along. He gets frustrated at not being able to do everything he used to and doesn't want to exercise but as we say down here in Texas....I had to seperate his idea's from his habbits! I don't think we will have a problem again

Tired of ads?

We gathered the family and had a really nice thanksgiving. Alot to be thankful for. Before we got there on he had tried to go to the mailbox by himself at night of course, and fell and wound up lying in the street for about 10 minutes until my stepmom relized he wasn't in the house. He didn't break anything but his pride I think! Just got a bit skinned up.

Had a very nice time good food, played games kept his spirits up even looked at some houses for us to move up there possibly. The yesterday when it came time to leave it looked like someone had taken his favorite puppy dog and hit him with it. Steve almost called off of work just to stay.

I'm in such a quandry because I could go to school up there (they would pay for it) and we could move up there because Steve really likes small towns, he was raised in one, but he can't make the kind of money he makes here as well as he's had the same job for over 11 years where he's the supervisor. However the cost of living is incredibly cheeeeeeep!! A bit scary to start over. But for me it's worse when I'm there I feel like I need to be here, when I'm here I feel like I need to be there. Plus as well and I never ever thought I would say this but Austin just doesn't hold the appeal it used to hold for me. Small town, calm, peace and quite really seems nice right now. MAN! Am I getting old

I have to make some decisions soon. I really feel like I need to be there and Steve is wonderful he's willing to quit his job and move up there with me so that I can be there. Aren't to many husbands that would be willing to do that. He spends lots of time with Dad which makes him quite happy cause they can talk football. Stepmom takes advantage when he's there because he can move all the heavy stuff and do the things Dad used to do.

Again it is very different when the child becomes the parent. I just don't know what to do

My stepmom has Alzheimers. My Dad takes care of her, and I do what I can to take care of him. The role reversal does feel strange and confusing.

Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations

Ok so for the good news finally his level has droped only one point but a drop is a drop and I'll take it and he is now strong enough to allow them to go in and take out the remaining kidney stone which they will do on December 13th. He still has the cathater in but hopefully this will help. Seems like we will have a merry christmas after all Tiny Tim
