They are actually quite schizoid about thier relationship toward the US. On the one hand they claim to hate us and view us as a bigger threat to peace than the DPRK but the also raised a big stink when we shifted some of our forces away from the DMZ. It's all rather confusing and annoying.

Never were truer words spoken than in the second part. That might make you question the reason for the first part.
