And, the Patriots play at the Jets next week. The two losses they have had have been away games. And, they only have a six day break from this game to the next, because they played today, and their next game on Sunday. The question is, will they lose again?

Wow. That was amazing.

Miami is a much, much better team than most people give them credit for, though, and they were finally able to show it here. They are an average team with the misfortune of being in a spectacularly good division.

Since the beginning of November, the Bills are 6-1 with a loss to NE.

During that time, the Pats are 6-1 with a loss to Miami.

The Jets are 5-3, with losses to Buffalo, Baltimore, and Pittsburgh.

The Dolphins are 2-5, with losses to NYJ, AZ, Seattle, Buffalo, and Denver.

The division total is 19-10, and five of its losses are to itself. It has a 14-5 record against other divisions, and it's in the AFC. Also notice that they only lost to one team that doesn't have playoff hopes.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Bills ended up being the last seed in the playoffs. There are four 8-6 teams competing for one spot, and of those teams, the Bills are the hottest. We could very well see an AFC East team in every single AFC playoff game.

That was when San Francisco was full of hope and vigor before they realized they actually sucked and played that way, giving up the season .

And besides, if they lost that one, Atlanta would still be 10-4 and in the driver's seat for the NFC bye. Miami... well... they are still last in their division .

The magic of Michael Vick . For all talk about his overratedness, the team plays amazingly better with him than without (look at last year when he was hurt and compare it with the 2002 playoff year and this year where they will get a bye). The man wins.

I think he is overrated as a QB, not as a football player. He would be better served by an offense other than the West coast.

I'd say he is only overrated as a QB if you look at a limited definition of what a QB should be . I agree that his talents are better suited for a more 'deep passing' offense. But the offensive line is such crap, I don't think they could block for a lot of 7 step drops.

Limited definition?

A QB throws the ball, that is his primary job, Vick could be better at it.

He does everything else a QB is supposed to do pretty well.

Seattle plays Arizona & Atlanta

St. Louis plays Philly & the Jets

It's conceivable that Arizona could win both their games (remember, they beat Seattle earlier this year) while Seattle & St. Louis drop theirs, giving the Cardinals the division title

Yup, I'm afraid the Eagles are royally screwed. Without T.O. to worry about, teams will be able to focus on Westbrook and McNabb. They'll probably make it to the NFC Championship and lose it for the fourth time in a row.

I'm not ready to throw in the towel yet. The NFC is full of teams with, at best, average pass defenses. Of the NFC playoff contenders, Eagles are the best and they are #14. STL is next at #15. Let's wait and see how McNabb and his receivers respond to their offense's new challenge on Monday night in STL before declaring a Super Bowl berth out of the question.

Uh, Jaguar, you have the NY Giants and the Tennessee Titans both ranked below the Bears.

You obviously have not been watching the Bears. The have the worst offense in the league by far, and Urlacher's out for the year, so their defense is performing well below its talent level.

Chicago is no better than #30.
