Yep. The NYG are on a 7 game losing streak. The Titans are utterly worthless. They give up 550+ yards a game on defense.

The Bears actually have a better-than-average defense.

So what? Are they or are they not called QBs in college? The reason they don't play QB in the pros is because of the potential beating they would get from a much faster defense. Just because the NFL QBs has the skill set of pass, pass, pass, doesn't mean one that runs more often (and successfully) isn't a good QB. He's just a different QB.

The Giants gave almighty Pittsburgh all they could handle. The Titans are passing for about 450 yds/game. Both offer their fans a semblance of hope.

Not Chicago.

The Bears rank about 45th in offense (roughly 50 yd/game worse than the #31 team). This week, they had an average starting field position of their own 40 and scored 3 freaking points (plus 2 on a safety). They lead the league in sacks given up by a wide margin. They have a TOTAL of 8 points the last 2 games.

On D, they give up lots of yards and play for TOs -- but haven't forced a turnover in two weeks. They give up over 140 yd/game rushing without Urlacher (131/game total), and the big guy is likely out for the year.

Don't be fooled by the 5 wins. Look at point differential, and what direction the arrows are pointing. If you really believe your rankings are current, you must heed these realities.

I would just like to comment: God bless John Lynch and the rest of the Denver Broncos defense. With Billy Volek neutralized tonight, maybe I'll actually have a chance to pull this upset over Zop and claim the AFFL title after a horrible season last year.

(Interesting factoid: I'm in a second championship game this week in another Yahoo league, and my opponent there just so happened to grab Volek two weeks ago, and had Bennett as well. *insert evil laugh here*)

I saw Manning break Marino's record. He didn't react much. Then he tied the game. Very cool.
