To suggest that the left is the source of truth, just look to the USSR. For generations, the Soviets told their people that life in the US was hard and violent. Until the arrival of modern means of communications, many if not most Soviet subjects may have believed in what their more-equal-animals told them. Well, in the period of time I was talking about, the government ran a lot of things, yet there was full employment and plenty of good jobs available. Everyone in our village worked. Being on welfare is simply too boring for most people.

or maybe...the ones pointing the finger believe that only those who are of their own could possibly post sensibly, therefore a settler making sense must be one of them incognito.

Many socilaists ARE guilty of treating Marxism as a religion, I'm not one of them, I thnk Marxism has been outdated by the rise of the Welfare State. My brand of socialism relies a lot on sydicalism in non-vital industries.

Capitalism is NOT A PROMISE of success to all who try it, it is an opportunity for success. (lest Poe would have died rich)

The only thing Fox is good for is getting a quick update on our Dear Leader's mandates, since admin. officials are probably more candid with their Comrades in Fox than with other "news" sources.

Berz is right, that there is a market for Fox- thought the success of Fox is putting the talk radio format on TV- most of their shows are opinion based- they have lots of talking heads, even in their more harmless shows its still more talk than say CNN, or hapless MSNBC.

Capitalism works and is the system of the free. That's the only difference. Even Gepap is for capitalism aren't you not? I don't like Fox, CNN or BBC all that much. I get my news from the internet from several sources (drudgereport, AP, reuters, etc). So Gepap, I'd appreciate if you keep the insults down to a minimum towards me.

No, you grew up without your dad because your dad was either no good or unable to be present. Unless the government sent him off to war to die or put him in prison on a BS charge, I fail to see how it's the government's fault.

Furthermore, the design of wefare keeping mothers and father from being married is because conservatives hated the idea of giving welfare to able bodied men. If you are a man, and you don't have a disability of some kind, you can't get public assitance. That's the fault of conservativism. Maybe if you people would stop worrying about people cheating the system, you wouldn't have ripped so many families apart.

BTW, the DL thing is a ritual hazing for newbies, though I never got a DL dance. If you can't take the DL dance, you really don't belong in the OT.
