I preferr solving issues with diplomacy. I assume that there is something that annoys you something that I might have done so tell me what it is so we can solve it. As I told in previous mails I am open to many suggestions and sollutions.

In this game you did nothing wrong. At least for now. At least from my point of view. But concerning the current situation about the development graph (we both paly well and are on the same level), and thinking that main goal is winning the game, I can say that we both will do abything for victory. So, we could expect that someone will take the destiny in his hand and use military force to win. Use diplomacy for it? Ok, I can ask you to give me some of your cities, but that would made you a bad player, and unworsy man, if you will agree with it. Be ownest and die with honor! I could ask you to give me some techs, but I will take it in the burning ruins of your cities, torturing your scintists. You'll never know what people can do, asking for a fast death. I could ask you to give me some money, but that will turn my behavior into a simple blackmail ... and from philosophy point of view (which is developed in my civilization) I can say that money means nothing. You can not buy happines for it. To be proud of you life you have to be a real MAN.
So let the game go on, and we will see who is better. If you want to call me something like "coward" or else, I can say that you are wrong , becouse in war, like in love, you can do anything to win.
I also want to say that I feel nothing against you personally. You just do not fit to our world. You have shown weekness, and weekness is shame. So, take it like a man.
