on the contrary: i (unintenionally) gave Filix much more than 24 hours.
moreover, Stas asked to not be nexted.
and the 24h rule, as i understand it, allows for people to announce in advance that they wont be around and ask that the rule not be applied, so that everyone knows in time that there wont be a turn.

but please, Stas, say how long you wont be able to play.
24h + resend would give you 48 hours anyway. i think a little longer will be okay, maybe 3 days.

Np, I will help reminding you math once timelimit is passed with 1 minute so we make sure it is no more than 48 + a few minutes, thats the time stas gets according to the rules. Not 3 days because then we suddenly have a 36h rules.

although i was pretty sure it was part of The Rules to allow for extra time when requested, i bow to the will of the players and dont give extra time in this case. i take it that you dont want extra time to be given in other cases as well. so i will stick to that.

About giving extra time it is up to the situation. Unless anything else is stated 24h rule apply.

One and only one gripe about pbem matches..
players need to post and move on to next

now...Math

say for instance I play at 9 am my time send turn on and go out of town for a day or two and figure well..I got 6 players in the game so my turn wont be here for a little while but it turns out everyone plays the turn within say 5 hours and then here we have my turn back to me

hmm..

thats an odd situation also
