Except do not give out our password to the game. I do NOT want another set of players, other than Poly, playing this game out. If we are going to quit (CFC, CGN and us), then there's no reason for the other teams to continue.

Am afraid I'm not QUITE sure what you're on about here, con. Do you mean since GWT has possibly expressed the want to quit that we should just play normally, and ensure that before it gets to GCA/GWT we have a joint statement of some kind? That sounds like it will take time to organise. And I simply don't have the time to play the save and do the sort of report involved, so I will play and omit the report. We've voted to quit anyway, so if GWT wants to play on with substitute teams then no-one should mind we don't know precisely what happened in the last turn.

I dont care what GWT or anyone else does with our save and neither should we.

I just think it will be more sportsmanlike, if we leave the save in there hands when we quit.

What do you mean by this? If you mean hit the retire button and send the save along, then fine. However, if you mean leave Poly in the game and send the save along for God knows who to do God knows what, then WHOOOOOAAAA!

When I voted 'quit' I meant 'retire'. In other words all of Poly's cities and units go poof and there is nothing there to play anymore. That is what you meant too, yes?

I think it's akin to folding your hand in poker...you have no obligation to show your hand to the other players at the table. Once we "folded" the game is over from our perspective.

Yes, if we exit this game it is over. If GWT wants a win from that, so be it. But I don't want another group taking over for us and playing OUR team.

Well it turned out not to matter.

GWT declared themselves the reluctant winners, so thats done.

My guess is they wanted it to end as well.
