All in all it looks like a good decision. Hyperion really benefits from the extra shield doubling its production. We'll also get our techs faster due to the increased commerce.

Looks like we made a good decision with the FP

Our weak economy has been our biggest problem to overcome in our alliance. The problem isn't behind us, but we're on the right track. We just need to build as much as possible through the last few turns of our GA, and then reassess the situation.

I've delved a little deeper into corruption. I found an excel worksheet devoted to analysis that Solomwi has made.

We can keep track of the effect courthouses will have as well as how much waste and corruption we'll have as our cities grow. I've entered in the data and here is the file. I am unsure if the data for Hypnos is 100% but the others seem good.
