Given that it is city #3, we will have some time to decide that. City settling and warrior wandering should reveal the local landscape enough to determine if moving the city location for the 10 shield forest game is worth it.

So, we played turn one and we are up again? Or we are just planning ahead for turn two?

re: thread format.
I like one thread per turn.

Welcome skro. I am still trying to figure out the advantage of the g-mail, versus simply having the save sent to all of us at the same time. I don't want to have to check another e-mail account when I'm waiting for the save.

Your vote on the one thread per turn is registered. Others?

Support Apolyton, buy GURPS/ Alpha Centauri

One thread per turn is what we use at ACDG3. It works fine for later game, though it´s not needed yet I believe. Once our three settlers have built cities and first units have been cranked out, we can switch to that kind of turnthreads.

Yes, I'm sugesting that Y#3 be shifted one tile SW.

Not quite as urgent at the moment as when I thought it's settler was already in route. Some warrior should be able to explore the area and verify well before it's settler is built.

Hi jon - I want to be clear what you are suggesting. In the attached map I belive you are referring to city # 3. Correct? (the map is simply the Y-plan map with the cities named/numbered.)
