Yes, that's me. I really like the CTP terrain, especially the undersea and mountain terrain. But I'm a Test of Time guy, which explains why I need better looking terrain.

So I downloaded TileEdit (hats off to Martin the Dane, btw) and had a look at the terrain art. Very nice!

Now here's the lazy part. I'd rather not go through all 346 tiles and convert them one by one into bmps. Has someone already done this? And can anyone point me to other terrain mod others have done?

tile edit lets your export all the files into TGAs. Then you'll hae to do a batch conversion to bmps...

Can you do them all at once in Tileedit? If so, can you explain how? Thanks.

if you export the tile file to scrip you end up with a series of tgs then you can use psp8 to batch convert them to bmp. but that will be ouch on the MB. By the way you may want to dig out my terrain file from the source code forum it has additional underwater terrains in it (it’s under the apolyton Christmas tree)
