as the bards and babs ride and march to the war on Desolation Row, we have been asked to supply the ready recerve force

this force to form up where the yellow circle is

then to follow the yeall maker to the new Lost Boys city near centre of map... and destroy it and all improvements

then to proceed south into the Lost Boys homelands, razing and pillageing all

Long Live the Horde
then this force would be in position to move on the Babylonians from a southerly aspect

as the Babs alliance is until Desolation Row have been removed, I see that we need to be prepared for them to want to war on us from that point.

with a force coming from the piglands, another from our home lands, and this force from the south we should be able to hit them hard and effectively

Force 1 - the Ready Reserve would initially consist of 5 - 8 Veteran Swordsmen and 3 - 5 Veteran Horsemen
This force may set out in 2 task groups to fully combine during / after the attack and cleansing of the Lost Boys middle city.

Approx 12 turns to get the initial units to the form up area

these will fluxuate as production fiqures are finalized

No response from Krill on our surrender terms. As a last chance for them and in order to keep our forces at maximum levels for the coming conflicts, I have sent the following to ormuzd:

With the dispatching of our Warrior near the Pig Horses, would it not be studious of us to divert our main war stack (or part of it) to disconnect the pigs from their precious horses resource?

They seem very reluctant to pop-rush, and if we can sever the horses before they are convinced to sacrifice their population, then they won’t be able to rush War-Chariots in Home when our force comes knocking.

If we head down to Treacle Mine with our force, The pigs are left with few options, move off the Mountain to help defend Treacle, or stay put until we threaten Home once again. But we would be attacking from a different direction. I say if the Spears like their view of the battle from the mountains then leave them to their perch to watch the fall of their nation around them. If they do come down, then attacking them off the mountains will be better for us.

BTW, do they get a better defensive bonus from within a City than within a town? I can’t remember.

Town (1-6)=0%
City (7-12)=50%
Metropolis(13+)=100%

Walls (50%) only works in towns, and then there is the usual bonus from terrain...

I think you get 2 gold for them if you are militaristic... Usually not worth the bother. Even if it *was* worth the bother I wouldn't sell them until I were sure my city wouldn't for some reason drop below size 7 again.

You never know, you might need that city wall if someone nukes away half your population

You might even need them to build civil defence (only guessing here)
