Yep, you're right, after my last post I was also thinking about that. You know, there was quite a confusion that turn and I definitely don't have the time CT has to think about it..

Probably I should've made a "Plan for 216?" thread, but didn't have time to even make that idea..

But look at the bright side - if we ever got SFF or even D:AP we'll have 1 more crawler to use on proto.

Yea, $h!t happens, I'm not worried about it. Like I said, I'm on shakey ground as is since I can'tplay a turn anyaway.

PS: I am for the Morgan offer, I can't see why we would possibly want to turn it down?

Of course we do, and it would be quite stupid for the Morganites not to give it to us if nothing else but to tie up Spartan resources. But also wouldn't be surprised if they are feeling back on their feet once they get it and decide not to share. Just curious; did you move a CP towards the center of the Ruins?

Regarding tech trades, I'm not clear on where we stand either. I do agree that we should joint with the Angels and Morgan in a leapfrog agreement.

I eventually want to deal out some payback to Sparta. Not in the foreseeable future, but perhaps in the midterm. Tech leapfrogging would be the way to enable that.

I did not move a colony pod to the center of the Ruins, but it's a possibility. The spot I had in mind for that colony pod is the sensor adjacent to the sea a bit north of the Ruins, but all that's up for debate.

Morganites offer us Bio-Engineering in return for Neural Grafting last turn. Sounds like a good deal to me, as clean formers are very important. This means if the Angels also get Bio-Engineering, the Spartans get it for free, though.

I didn't open the turn and look into this in detail but on the face of it I think we should accept the deal and not worry too much about who, when, and if someone else benefits. Clean reactors are worth a little trouble. Do you have any idea how much NG helps Morgan towards the good SPs? Does anyone have MMI yet? Are we in line to research it next? Just some questions to consider...I'll defer to your judgement.

The Angels have MMI and have built the Cyborg Factory. I don't think Neural Grafting gives the Morganites much of a leg up on important SPs. I'm not sure where we're headed with our research; we have 2 turns left until Intellectual Integrity, though it could be shaved to a single turn.

In that case I see almost no down side to making the trade. We should check MM's research database for our next availabale tech both with and without BioEng. If need be we can give Morgan NG now and wait for BioEng, if that helps our next beeline.
