Morgan is fiercely clamoring for our support:

Well, what do you guys want to do?
It looks like Morgan might be gone.
We can try to hold on for a while, but it looks like Sparta may have truly run away with the game. From what we can see they have eaten Uni, are gobbling the Hive, and have devastated Morgan. I am not sure if they are going for Gaia or DA next. They had a transport full of Elite Impact rovers in the seas near DA, but also share the same sea as Gaia.
I still propose the Pact, although it my ability to partake in the game, as well as the the Morgan's ability to survive may be limited.
BTW they have missiles and may now have DAP.

If there is still a chance to survive Sparta I propose that Gaians, DA, Morgans form a Pact alliance.

PS
It may be too late to hold back the Spartans but we can try.

Are only two Gaians interested in the future of the faction? Ouro, I know you're around at least sometime. Is anyone else still visiting this forum?

I'll try to get you a full intel brief by the next time you play your turn. I'm seeing whether someone can build it with screenshots. I'm going to be very busy the next few weeks but I'll see what I can get done.
Destruction of Morgan Industries:
Two turns ago, my first as turnplayer, I discovered a Spartan commando cruiser off our coasts with four impact Elite Rovers on it. Escorting the transposrt was a 30% damaged commando missile cruiser (6)-2-6. Both had the MCC movement bonus.
I had a plasma laserboat in the fungus between our shores and the spartan ships. I lined the coastline with any unit I could find to deny a landing place. I plugged up roads to Morgan industry. I upgraded as many units as I could to plasma. I even brought a couple of formers into Morgan industries to serve as back up defenders. I would have brought more if I could. No more were in range to bolstor the defenses.
I knew with the MCC tech they also had amphibious, but I didn't think they would be able to upgrade all of them (via the design workshop).
What they did was blow the plasma boat out of the way and move the cruiser in. They upgraded all their impact rovers to gatling amphibious rovers (in the design workshop), and punched their way though our defenses. They took Morgan Industries (with the PTS) and got a boost in pop in all their bases to at least 3 pop. Then they obliterated the base and destroyed all the rovers that could not make it back to the transport.
They are Dangerous.
They are running Funde. With Funde, their 'Spartan' morale bonus, and the MCC almost every Spartan ship you see will be at least Commando. With +2 MCC movement points their cruisers can travel 8 spaces.
With Funde, the Command Nexus, their 'Spartan' morale bonus, and a monolith upgrade almost every Spartan land unit you see will be Elite. With Elite their rovers can travel three spaces, and multible attack.
They have substantial size and we don't know if we will last more than 4 more turns.
Let me know if there is addtional info you need.

After checking population records, the Spartans did not receive a sudden boost from the PTS that would indicate their bases grew to size 3. Thus, either capturing the PTS doesn't boost base sizes, or almost all of their bases were already size 3 or greater.
Since the Morganites can probably already construct our map based on the F4 screen, we might want to give them our world map and have them update it with everything they know.
