Our first crash sparrowhawk and gramsey. since Kassi wasn't involved I'm placing sparrow on the same square as Kassi with no penalty to kassi. Sparrow and GR receive a damage penalty reduction to 11.

Spaced hugs the inside and avoids traffic. Vovan uses a "S" to vault to the lead making up for not having the turbo package.

The pack moves on.

***********NOTE THERE IS NOW AN OIL SPILL UNDER CAR 4, so you may want to try to avoid it for all of you behind Sway bar will assist those that have it.

ouch! The coin toss becomes much more valuable now....while gjramsey and I both crashed and both lose max speed, he can continue on while I have an oil slick (that I caused but ended out behind ) to deal with

Orders coming shortly, just trying to figure out what to do

Edit: Thinking further on this, if I can share a space with Kassiopeia, who was behind me before I crashed, why can't I share a space with gjramsey, who I crashed with? It seems to me that either I should be sharing gjramsey's space, or Kassiopeia should be behind me.

I thought about that, but rejected it since i had been specific about crash placement in the rules. Seeing how it effects this race will determine what I decide for future. On straight aways it shouldn't cause a problem. We'll see. This is an experiment testing damage and faster courses where max speed may make all the difference.

Right, I didn't mean to imply that I was thinking you are going to ram people on purpose or anything... Just seeing how we are pretty close there, I think there is a distinct possibility of a crash... Although there haven't been many so far, so who knows. And as far as WCs, it surely makes sense to use them now for you, I think, because with the turbo package you can accelerate out of the pits faster and possibly slow down more inside to replenish more WCs.

Without revealing my orders, I will explain if I can......and I think we are actually in similar positions (both headed NE in the turn, actually heading for the edge of the track).

I am going to turn left in my first move, moving me N, then I am going to turn left again, moving me NW.

That should keep me on track......does that answer your question
