GS has wanted to go to war for a long time now. Or at least I have. It's really boring moving all those MI and Tanks back and forth with nothing screaming out in agony from under their treads. Gun barrels silent, instead of pounding out the notes to a triumphant death march, brings sadness to my heart.

The recent elections that saw 1/6th of the Stormian population support the appointing of a new ruler...eh, leader... has issued a clear mandate. We will not stand for peace and fuzzie-cuddleness! The reasons for this are quite clear. We want to sink ships, lay waste to towns and cities, and, maybe even do other mean and evil stuff if time allows.

So, to ND, our new partner in bloody conflict, we give thanks for the throrough butt-kicking we are about to give and/or receive. Cheers!

Untill this turn i thought you play like all honorable teams and this turn gs had to fulfill one's obligations by sending money to ND resulting of deals between ND and GS !

The reputation of GS has now a big crack!!

ND, sorry about the gold. We were not 100% sure if you would get it, but most of GS was OK with the idea. However, next turn we can send the gold to GoW, and then they can send the gold to you. We hope you find this acceptable...

Darekill, we might have declared it, but you know just as well that you forced us to. We valued our friendship, but had no choice left. It was clear you were not interested in peace, we asked for a diplomatic solution for the last few turns. Since you first occupied our uranium source, you received an invitation to talk every single turn, but you turned all of them down...

well, I guess that if we declare war officially, at least we get the pleasure of sinking some ships, and razing some cities. And these cities were defended too By waiting indefinately, we wouldn't even get that.

Please, give Lego some cities in their former homeland, that would be the best possible result we could get! We're still at war with Lego, and their 'defensive force' is a bit easier to conquer than yours

That's what I mean though. If ND beats you we'll take your land. If you beat ND we'll take their land. In the meantime Vox remains officially neutral, owing to our less than stellar military, and appreciates the land they were granted on Lego.

Sounds great! This underground Bunker/Palace/Command Center is nice and all, but I miss the sun... I'll start disbanding the units right away!

We sent the 180g before declaring war and kept enough to cover it instead of upgrading some more Infantry before we lost RSE's Rubber. None of us had any idea how the game mechanics worked in that regard, but it was our intention to get you the gold.

Hum. I just thought of a way which should work, and be 1 turn quicker than sending it via GoW. We could offer peace with the extra gold accepted, ND accepts next turn, and redeclares war immediately... that wouldn't affect ww outcome, right? It would certainly send the gold.

The problem is that if we send it via GoW, ND comes before them in turnorder and needs to wait another turn.

Ah, it is not that the WW counter is kept for e.g. 20 turns, and redeclaring of war just puts it at last level? Otherwise this is not a good option, of course.

Its ok, this was a fast reaction to the declaration of war to us but we all know, its just a game and all teams have the goal to win it.
I'm not angry about GS or another team/teammember.
