you are correct

the hope that the barbarian will take out the worker is fantastic

and just maybe take out the settler...

at least cause the settler to run away and disturb the time frames of when it finally settles

With Home empty and apparently no pop rush happening in the land of pigs, our Bataar seems fully capable of operating alone.


His task will be to capture Home if he can and/or cut the horse supply. BBB will assist in cutting horse supply.

Right, that's what I thought looking at the picture, too, and hence it seemed to me if the white guys and the green guys aren't at war, then there really isn't much to that screenie. However, if they are, then it most certainly does strike me as a rather pleasant sight.

some further notes:

Tech - go for construction... not republic, on a slow 10% growth

Pig War:

Bataar - to take Home, then move 7 onto mountain, secure it and wait for our archers and swords to retake Home

Porkers Home - we sell all improvements, and destroy any others we can not sell

BBBoys - to put more pressure on pigs
Goal is to pillage the horse

So the Porkers may be able to retake Home. yet we will have the pop down to one, and no improvements.
To stop them getting our hard earned gold, we use what we have and and the money from selling their improvements to upgrade Grim Death (warrior 4/4) to Swordsman in "Bloodview"
Thus only a few pieces of gold in our coffers
