First of all, many apologies Cyrion for not finishing your flagset just yet. I was actually ready to finally start working on your flagset the afternoon of the great crash, if you post the reference file again I can promise you it will be completed the same afternoon.
Anyways, in an effort to rebuilt my status level here on the forum I will restart the flag thread, of which I was proud to be a contributor. First off, here is the world flagset. Now before I'm hit from all sides by forum members telling me "You forgot to include Kafligmonapistan..." or something like that, I want to make it clear that I'm not in any way shape or form claiming that these are the only nations in the world, but rather this is a compelation of the flags I have already produced and wanted to organize for the use of others on the forum.
For those of you meticulous enough to search for the odd mistake here and there I have created a challenge. Somewhere in this flagset is a non-existant flag for a non-existant nation, should you find it I will tip my hat to you.... and I may just stop stealing bricks from your house one by one (Strongbad reference).
Good luck!!:

Since the massive flagset appears to be too large to post at once I've had to break it up into smaller flagsets. Next up.... Europe

As I said Cyrion, I can have the flagset ready the same day you get me the reference. Just out of curiosity... what is the flagset for? Is there a thread somewhere in cyberspace for the scenario of yours?

Here's one that was completed a long time ago but I never got around to posting it. However, as there has been what seems to be a renewal of interest in Great War scenario's as of late..... here is my humble Great War Flagset.

Thankyou Typhoon, a compliment from you carries allot of weight. Martin, I think your right in that a WW2 collection would be a nice touch. I also plan on releasing a Cold War flagset, a Civil War Flagset and a flagset for any other war that shaped civilization in one way or another.
If anyone out there would like to post some of the new impressive ToT flags that I've seen around please do, something along the lines of Curt's great flags from Bitterfrost ToT.

Curt I thank you for that compliment, but I would emplore you to contribute some of your skill when it comes to those fantastic ToT flags from Bitterfrost. You see, I have made several attempts at rendering the style of flags and they just don't look as crisp and real as yours.
Is it a matter of simple cutting and pasting or do you use transparencies to create the shadow effect?

Before I get to work on actual wars and conflicts, here is the flagset from the series "How Few Remain" based on a what if scenario where the Confederacy has won the Civil War. The flagset is made up of the flags of the nations that have been featured in the various North American conflicts from the Second Mexican War of the 1880's to Operation Blackbeard and the dawn of the Second Great War in the summer of 1941.
I also threw in the flag and shield of the Rivington men, even though they are from a different alternate civil war novel by the same author (Turtledove).

Say, Chris, I need a few flags for a scen that's in my queue after EotRS is finished, and thus there's no rush. Your other hypothetical and custom flags have been great! These flags are for factions in a scen based on the events leading up to WWII in Europe (stretching from March '33 to May '40), and several factions are such that no real-world flag is really appropriate. Here they are:
-The Demilitarized States (includes Austria, the Czech provinces, the Rhineland, and the Free City of Danzig)
-The Contested States (includes Poland, the Baltic States, Denmark, Norway, Albania, and the Republican Spanish)
-The Pro-German States (includes Finland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, and the Nationalist Spanish)
-The League of Nations (includes the British Empire, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Iceland, Greece, and Yugoslavia)
What I really want is some imagination, even if it's just an appropriate pattern or stylism. Like I said, there's no rush, so take your time. Thanks in advance!

I had originally wanted to use the proper latin translation to introduce the new flagset but wasn't able to get a translation I was certain was accurate. The closest I could come to was "Habamus Vexillum" but I'm not sure if this would have been accurate.
