The phrase "I could care less" has no meaning in the situations where it's most commonly used. "I couldn't care less" however, will sometimes be perceived as clever, even cool, but you have to learn to say it properly.

Also, don't say things like "I could of sworn...", "I should of stayed home" etc. It makes you appear very, very dumb.
