I think Paddy as admin of this game should bear either the title of Kampaku (chancellor) or Sessho (regent). These titles are mainly ceremonial and without real power in the days of the game. Only members of Fujiwara family and the members of the branch lines of the Imperial family (the so called five regent families) are eligible for these offices. I'm sure a line could be "traced" (manufactured) from one of these families to Paddy.

It would be inappropriate for an admin to assume a lesser title of Samurai Lord, which would deny him access to the court and thus any influence on decisions in Japan. This would also imply that he is of low birth, thus probably would never meet Tenno Heika (His Majesty the Emperor).

Better even than emperor as kampaku exerts real power (on paper) while the emperor has many ceremonial duties.
