City stuff: GoT is on a worker, but that can be changed if we want to go for a settler instead. If we do, we'll need to get Shogun Bowman back for MP. If we are going for a worker, the forest citizen should be moved back to the grass tile.
Potamia finishes its temple. What next? Barracks?
Babylon completes a horseman. Go for another one?
What should the new city build? I'm thinking a Galley

Workers
BW2 is on an unimproved river bonus. I suggest he mine; GoT needs more shields to keep up with the 3-turn growth the granary will give it.

Suffering from ads?

I'm not sure what the point of building a galley would be.
We have all contacts already. (I think)
There's no AI, so no money to be made on map sales.
And this is a pangena map.

Potamia : Maybe a worker?

Babylon : Definately another horseman.

We still don't have a good coastal map of LB, and the east coast is largely unexplored. Especially if we could load a warrior or two on to it to explore the east before it gets completely settled, I think it would be worth it.

Edit: A worker in Potamia does sound good. I don't think there are any bonii for the upcoming 3rd citizen to use, and that city desperately needs a trade connection and some mines.

I know I'm jumping in late but I I have been reading up on the posts. Looks like a good place to jump in.

I like the Galley idea. True this is a Pangea but we don't know the whole coast. nothing wrong with being able to load troops and a settler to grab some unknown land.

Welcome back skrobism!

I like barracks in Potamia. Another horse from Babylon. And the new city - hmmmm. I have mixed views on the galley. But you can start it and we have a few turns to think about it.

And yes - BW2 mines.

Tired of ads?

Also - do you think Kurra would be better off finishing a temple first. It is a border city - and claiming the adjacent land early would be nice.

Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

It would be nice but so would a lot of things. And there aren't any nearby sources to claim like with Felinicity.

I think a worker would be of much more value than some extra culture.

Edit: Hmm, I thought I had proposed switching to a worker. Did that get lost in another thread?

Further edit: Yeah, that was a few turns ago. Any objections to doing that switch now? the barracks is a long way away and it'll be a further long way before our shield investment in it would pay back in vet units. A worker could help Kurra get past 1 spt and would continue helping all our cities.

Put an end to popups!

Kurra is a hevially corrupt city and will continue to be until it grows
The 1 grassland shield wouldl be brought in by Inna's Throne's culture expanding.

The other tiles brought in by an expanion at Kurra look like post-aquaduct improvements.

Kurra disperately needs a worker, but would a worker take at least 2 turns to build? It's only size 1 and we don't want to waste shields waiting for food.

It would grow and build at the same time. It's been on 1 spt and 1 fpt all along, so 10 shields for the worker and 20 food for pop 2 match up.

It's about to grow and reach 10 shields, so if we switch it to a worker, we'll have it next turn. (And if we don't switch now, switching later would mean shield waste.)

I always like to explore, so if it doesn't hurt our defence I am inclined to favour a galley in the new city.

Note: The Morpork settler stack has vanished, but BOH has not gained any more Morporkian slaves, and the two swordsmen we see aren't wounded. I think we can assume the settler either is safe, or was disbanded.

-BOH offers Lit, ESCed
-DR offers Currency, ESCed
-Exitted LB screen
-Babylon produces a horse, starts another
-Potamia finishes temple, starts worker

-Shogun Bowman
-Settler founds Hookah. Citizen moved to the tobacco, build set to galley.
-New Horseman in Babylon named Sheridan, moves 9 and forts
-BW2 mines
-Warrior Joe 8
-Cain 8
-Felix 3
-Horseman in Kurra activated, named Sinclair and re-forted.
-GoT forest moved to the grass tile
-Kurra build switched to worker
-Felinicity citizen on the sugar moved back to the other river plains. (Founding of Hookah raised its corruption to the point where it can't get that 3 spt)
-PoA plains moved to the sugar
