This period was a relatively quiet period in the region. The economy was begining to stabilize and the relations among the states seemed to be improving; which is quite odd, considering the recent events that brought about their formation. Nonetheless, there was still a blanket of secrety hiding most of the region, as 8 players all worked on Secret Projects.
Two other Overlords had publicly announced new infrastructure improvement projects this turn: Jaguar built the ever-so-creatively named city Another City, while Hercules built a city named Day.
And what of the 11th lord, Sparrowhawk, you ask? Well, he was ready to take advantage of the military preparations he had been working on over the past few turns. Thus, he decided to launch four nukes at Skanky, overly irradiating that year's vegetable crop, and leaving only the city of Carrot and the surrounding carrot patches unscathed. Thus, the year that should have ended quietly ended with a quadruplet of big bangs.
But how will the others respond?
