The 1920s or the 1890s would be interesting times with new inventions, new ideas, and yet still some what the same. I'd like to go back to the colonial period and see what life was like for a colonialist in British India or French IndoChina. Hell even one of the African colonies would be interesting.

Federal Budget is balanced.
Universal healthcare has been adopted in the U.S.
Social Security has been fixed.
Standard of Llving is increasing across the board.
Dropout rate, teen pregnancy rate, crime rate, abortion rate and unemployment rate are all falling.
Dems are back in control of the White House and Congress.
And People Magazine has just elected Zkribbler the Sexist Man of the Year.
