No crashes this turn as the cars are starting to spread out a little bit.
Kassiopeia sets up to enter the sand trap alley.
Rah, snoopy, and Jonny exhibit some close synchronous driving, as they line up head to head and take up the breadth of the track.
Ramsey and Tuberski are starting to lag behind a little bit. The sandtrap alley might change that.

I went easy on the sandbags (compared to the last game) for now.  Recall that . denotes invisible track and where there is a *, you know there is no sand. Also, don't forget about sand dispersing once it has been hit enough.
Kassiopeia is the first one to enter the sandbag alley. He hits 3. There is no sand under his car.
Spaced hits one sandbag. There is no sand under his car.
rah and Sparrow prepare to enter the alley.
Snoopy hits one sandbag. There used to be a sandbag under his car, but as Spaced, snoopy and Drogue all rolled over it, it has been dispersed.
Drogue hits two sandbags, and there is currently an S under car #8.
Jonny hits one sandbag, and there is currently an S under car #9.
This should be enough for you all to see how the sandbags are configured for this turn.
Orders are now accepted for turn 8.
PS: Tuber, just to make my life easier, when you are using more than a couple Ms in a row, could you maybe use the parenthesized notation, like everybody else, so I don't have to count them all to see that you got the right number?

In the interest of keeping the game rolling, I issued orders for rah here, just having him go straight into the sand alley. Not the very best course of action perhaps, but the most straightforward any way.

Kassiopeia hits only one sandbag and clears the alley.
Spaced Cowboy hits three sandbags and clears the alley as well.
Snoopy maneuvres around the track and hits only one more sandbag before exiting the alley.
Sparrow hits two sandbags on his way through the alley.
Jonny plows straight through the center lane and hits two more sandbags along the way.
With so many people taking the inner lane of the track, it is almost clear of sand now.
Rah hits three sandbags entering the alley. There is an 's' under his car.
Orders for turn 9 are now accepted.
