Vicious, cruel, and self-absorbed don't qualify as insane, in either a legal or medical sense. She obviously has some affective disorder, but she's been able to function, and lied extensively to cover her acts.

And I'd rate her net value as about the cost of 20 grams of potassium in a potassium chloride solution, plus a little phenobarbitol prescription and some form of curare derivative to help her relax.

This is not true. It isn't true for one simple reason. Most murders committed by blacks are upon other black people and it is a statistical fact that on the average lesser sentences are handed down for murder and manslaughter of black citizens in America.
