I actually hardly ever buy books anymore. Whatever I want is available at the public library. Plus I have very little time to read anyway

I do not typically buy books from amazon or Barnes and Noble anymore, generally because of lack of funds. Philly has ample used book stores (go to the Book Trader if you find yourself in the city) and my local library in Connecticut runs semi-annual used booksales that allowed me to purchase thirteen books for less than $5.
The most recent purchases, from aforementioned book sale, included ...
Eugene Onegin by Pushkin
Apprenticeship of Wilhelm Meister by Goethe
Sister Carrie by Theodore Dreiser
Howard's End by EM Forster
Portrait of a Lady by Henry James
English Patient by Michael Ondaatje
Absalom, Absalom by William Faulkner (blessedly purchased before Oprah stained it)
And others ... Most of my new books are purchased for school.

Very good read, The Templars book.
I am amazed at how much pseudo-history surrounding the Templars gets sold at mainstream bookstores. If you enjoy the book, give The Northern Crusades by Eric Christiansen a read.
