Well? Aside from them having IMO fairly good luck again - sigh - at least they lost a fair bit. They seem to have about 27 hitpoints of immortals there, which equates to 7 full immortals essentially. Not sure we can take that out, but I am not good at reading BR's like that so we'll have to see what we have there ...
The good thing IMO is that this must be the sum total of their immortal force, and our forces in the area are probably enough to tie them down for the moment.
My (not-seeing-the-save-)ideas:
1) Fortify the stack in place may be a good idea, for ONE turn, to force them to hold their units there one more turn (for BoH's sake).
2) Realize that we're going to have to use a chivalrous army to beat them
3) Continue the expansion, and aggresively go after chivalry, putting us in a position to mass-build Riders once we get it.
Not sure if BoH is still willing to attack - I hope they are, but I feel a Ljube-retreat coming on That's why I'm tempted to leave the stack, fortified, in place (assuming we have the units I think we do). I'm not sure they'll get as good luck this time around, and it might be enough to hold DR in place long enough for the assault on Antioch... a city defended at the moment by, at most, a couple of spearmen IMO ... I think we should push them to attack, and do it now, at Antioch; if we cut off Iron now, DR can't rebuild their strength, and we can bide our time until Chivalry...

Yep.
I've been playing a SP game, as my MP games aren't loading properly (possibly disk problems?). Playing on a similar world, with the same civs (but no start bonus or anything) ... just finished mopping the egyptians up with trebuchets/cannons and MI's. That arty stuff really works wonders on offense ...
Sadly, I didn't have horses prior to this, and managed to have literally half of the pangea to myself (basically 2 large continents joined at the top with a small peninsula, and all 5 other civs are on the slightly larger but not by much western half). Thus I couldn't play with archer rushes or even build a single rider [got my GA, and Cavalry, prior to horses]
Anywho, I think we should wait until we have riders to build more military. Our problem has consistently been that DR picks us off before we can get there to attack ...
I suggest that we build a city in the proposed location near the horses, to gain the horse tile, and also to have a better military staging area - then road it appropriately so that we can better attack DR (faster). Not looking at the save, I'm just guessing, but I think we can get to Invictus or the Capital (whatever it's called) within 2 turns from there with riders ... and when chivalry comes, we turn back over from growth to hardcore war, and hit them with all we have. Until then, we can sit back and grow, keeping enough of a force to protect the homeland ...
