Che I don't know whats going on there but a few pictures of people NOT doing something proves NOTHING. Violence and vandalism could be rampant and it would still be possible to get such pics. The lack of pics showing violence or vandalism would be more convincing than any number of pics showing a peaceful demonstration

Why is Quebec interesting?

Is it because they speak a dying language? Is it because they think they're independent, when they're not?

The Rockies are more interesting than anything Quebec has to offer. The most boring vacation in my life was to Montreal and Quebec City, even Arizona was more interesting.

The fact is anyone has to be insane to consider Canada anything other than bland. There are many great things about Canada, but being exciting is simply not one of them.

but it has:

A vibrant night life,

a european culture,

with many lively minority communities,

the biggest music festival in North America,

a pretty darn good comedy festival,

many other festivals

despite losing the Expos, we do have a a good sports community.

And more!

I've traveled Canada. Its a great country. Quebec is not the most boring. Thats a rediculous statement.
