What's funny is that this was a PvE server. I just walked through the Barrens today and all I got were a few waves and a couple of moons from the Hordies there. PvP happens on our server, but it is almost always consensual. Until they put the dishonour system into action precisely as it is stated in the manual, I am going to avoid PvP servers – I don't have the time to spend half the day as a ghost.

The Horde who attacked Westfall on our server were deliberately trying to goad the lowbies there into flagging up so they could gank them for fun. Well, we flagged up and it wasn't us that got creamed. That's why it was so funny.

As someone who would often 1man raid low level towns on my warrior on a pve server (i started doing this at like lvl50) I have to tell you, that people who raid towns don't expect to win. They either expect to get driven out by a zerg of low levels, a few high levels who fly in, or get bored and leave because no-one defends.

But it's all fun anyway. Like when it would be my lvl50 warrior vs a bunch of lvl20's and a lvl40 rogue, I'd go around chopping them all up with the old bloodthirst that doubled weapon damage after a killing blow, I'd get plenty of 1shot kills, including some on the lvl40's . I'd also hang out in Stormwind just for fun, like killing the innkeeper in the trade distract and camping out there.

Raiders always expect to get creamed at some point. Theres the boring bit before the defenders flag up, the fun bit when the sides are somewhat balanced, then the ouchy hurty bit where the raiders get routed by the zerg and all hearth out. It's preferable to when no-one shows up to defend anyway.

Don't forget Asher, the shaman shoulders look even worse. I refuse to ever wear them because they look like old fashion TV antenae and/or a coral reef. The artist who designed them should be shot.

I hoping I can get some earthfury shoulders soon. Those look pimp.

Yeah, it's my PvP alt. Currently at level 13 I think. I need to earn money fast. I decided to try the Shaman given all the hoo haa about it. It's definitely one of the best solo classes. The taunt totem really helps when running away.

I play on Doomhammer, which is a PvE server. That means that if you ever want to fight with the Horde, it must be consenual, and you can't be ganked. It's also a high population server, which means it's very easy to find groups.
