Thanks for the BG comments.

How many players are on each side btw? I'm very wary of online team games where you have to play with pick up groups. In GW for instance because it's 8v8 you can play solely with your guild and plan the team build and strategy. I guess that doesn't happen in the BG battles, which IIRC are larger?

The CTF map (Warsong gulch) is 10v10. Alterac Valley is 40v40. On my server Horde will win if it's isn't an organised guild on the Alliance side. We typically take 45-50mins zerging our way through the graveyards and towers. If Alliance do a lot of fighting it can take a lot longer though. Fun to turn the tide of a battle though by getting 5-10people from your guild together and taking out graveyards behind enemy lines.

The only problem is getting as a full 10, you'll be wanting to be on the underpopulated side of the server, cause otherwise it isn't really going to work.

Arnelos came back, but Zargon cancelled his account. There's about 10-14 posters who are still in the Argent Dawn guild and about 4-6 others who we met on Argent Dawn and joined the guild.

With the 60s we have now we can make stuff to outfit new and lower characters without any problems.

Damn this game is getting good. Levels 1-5 are just tedious, 6-10 improve enough to keep you from destroying the game, 11-16 provide a glimpse of what is to come, and 17 to my current level of 23 (probably will bump to 24 tonight) have been providing some really great hours of gameplay. I've gone into the Dead Mines for Van Cleef, although I didn't have the quest at the time so I'll be going again; the Stockades...and despite these being relatively low dungeons/quests (from a lvl 60 perspective) for me they are quite entertaining as I have never done them before, but I've been able to find some great parties to join.

It seems like I've done so much already, but then I look at the map and see all I have left to explore.

Shadowfang Keep is a great little instance once you guys get anothe few levels, it's one of the most atmospheric and well scripted of the lot.

There's some decent stuff for cloth wearers iirc, but it only takes 1.5hrs and if it's their first time it'd be a shame to miss out.

Shadowfang has some good mail/cloth while WC mainly has good leather. Works out kinda well. I don't typically like that instance at all.

As a hunter, I pretty much only do MC/UD Strath/Dire Maul now. All of those instances have about 10+ things I'd like. Every other instance has at most 2.

I'm back and playing on Argent Dawn again. ZargonX says he'll probably rejoin us when the expansion comes out.

To be honest, I quit because my main character had been at 60 for several months and I eventually just ran out of things to do. I had run every instance, most zillions of times, I had my epic mount, all but 2 pieces of my class set that I couldn't seem to win rolls for, had run both BGs several times (loved AV, btw), and had been literally everywhere on the map.

I've decided that playing with my alts should make the experience worthwhile again, especially after spending a month or so playing back through a bunch of my favorite old games so I was playing anything but WoW for a bit.

Anyhow, I'm back. Our guild on Argent Dawn continues to grow as well. Any of the polytubies are welcome.

The following polytubies/MZOans are all active:

Arnelos, GodKing, Sharpe, GhengisFarb, conmb25

ZargonX should hopefully be back in a few months. punkbass and BigDork apparently come by from time to time, but I haven't seen much of either since I rejoined last week. We've managed to recruit a nice number of people from outside the 'poly community on our server as well. It seems we're up to 13 active members and 19 total members now (not counting the zillions of alts, of course).
