Ok what did I do wrong? I went into the editor, and added two new civs: Bab1 and Bab2. Both matched Babylon. I made those three the playable civs, changed the biq's decription, and saved.
When I loaded it to play, only Babylon and Random were available. I went back to the editor and my Bab's were gone! What gives? Do I need to delete other civs first?
Once I get past this I should be good to go.

Sure. But do I need to delete the extra civs before saving? It looks like my new civs were just dropped off the bottom of the list.
I'll have to wait until tonight.

Welcome aboard Golden Bear. I will set you up in the game.
Progress is being made. I did some reasearch on different dieties and figures in Babylonian/Sumerian/Akkadian history. It all blends together.
Beta ask to start "next week". I'll get the game going this weekend.
Can we post our emails here again?

The scenerio is looking good. Tribes are named after major gods. Leaders are mythical people or minor gods. City lists only contain the city that the god's temple was found in or the city of that leader. I figured that after that we'd want our own names anyway.
I just need your desired color. Edit this post & list below.

Basically, the ones listed in the PBEM forum.
But the rule of thmb is, if it's a possible exploit, don't use it. One would be Phoney Wars, used to trigger GA's and Generate MGL's. So, a big N O to that.
Another is goto and automatic movement that can allow some players 2 moves in that one turn. Say your 2 tiles away from a mountain that both you and your opponent are racing for, for good defensive ground, during a war. Your 2 tiles away and he is 1. Your after him, but before the year change. You have the unit move to that and at the end of the last players turn, all auto move is done, so you get there before he does. But he shpuld habe been able to get there first.
President for not allowing (besides general not allowed) - PTWISDG game, Webringen vs CGN war. Webringen had to replay their turn.

Oops!
Utanapishtim? Did I get him/her because you think that I have the best keyboard skills (because of my long posts)? That name is a mouthful.
Thanks for the work pulling this cool stuff together.
AND, tada, I'm nearly finished with a Diety win with the Maya. I'm very pleased with myself. Man, you really have to play from way behind at this level. But once I got ToE, it became very much like any other game - cavalry vs. riflemen works as long as you keep mass producing cav. I thought that I would need to go for Diplo, but once I had to fight off the first AI attack I was in such good position for conquest, I changed my strategy. Although I am torn - domination win at 1450 or go for high points with spaceship about 1600. I'm probably too lazy to do the latter.

The problem is that when using the Conquests editor I cannot just copy an existing civ. The other problem is that this is my first scenerio. I discovered that I can use the CivMultiTool to modify the the scenerio. I will have to start over but that should be easier and quicker than using the editor that Fireaxis provides.
Please look for more issues and let me know.
I know the delay sucks but give me a another night to fix this.

Has anyone here ever done scenerio building? I noticed a very strange behavior of this Conquests Editor. I restarted building this scenerio from the ground up.
(Tribes v2.0b0) - I copied nochanges.biq using Editor
(Tribes v2.0b1) - Then I deleted all the civs except for Babylon and Barbs using Editor.
(Tribes v2.0b2) - I used CivMultiTool to copy the Babylonian civ 8 times.
The available units seem to get goofed up as soon as I change things within Editor. The units available to build 1 are different than build 0.
I think tonight I need to go through each unit to reassign to or remove from Babylon. Any ideas? Any other rules that get goofed up?

You would think this would be very simple to do. Why would anyone build an editor that cannot copy a civ, unit, or tech? Why would the Editor change the attributes of Civ A just because Civs B,C,D, & E were deleted?
The MultiTool looks like it will save a ton of time. Wish I looked at it sooner. I hope that all I have left is to go through the unit settings tonight.
