Greek terrorism propaganda was a way to pressure a state whose policies inconvinience you. You issued traveling advisory for a country which had the less # of fatalities from terrorist attacks and was the safest in Europe for anyone to visit. Amazing how you can spin things completely around, with the valiant aid of washington times and other worthy media. It only affected students of departmentes who've lost their academic mission long ago chosing to marry politics in research. Like yours.

Doesn't matter if a country is safe, if it doesn't follow our line we'll put out a traveling advisory anyway and attack its tourism etc.
Pretty thuggish methodes, oh and completely without result except maybe for making your policies look even more foolish.
