Probablz this will increase the interest and we will have
- at least two candidates for the next elections
- more advisors helping each minister
- more participants in the official chats
- more players in the channel while the turn is played

Or, to summarize - to raise the activity of the people and pull the lurkers out of their holes

I hope not to burst your bubble, Paddy, but we tried to do that (or something very much like it), in the PTWISDG forum. It was very quickly shut down by Ming. I do hope that we can get something like that, here, but don't get your hopes up too much.
