The Equal map, 4 player Pluel scenario is ready for simu play.
Here is the general things in the game:
A Pluel is a 3 or more player game in the same spirit as a duel in that the civs do not co operate between themselves. It can be in any setting as a regular MP game, or bloodlust, SS race only, or whatever. But it is done as in a duel, which are not all bloodlust games either.
APOLLO ONLY PLUEL
Each civ in a Pluel is on their own!
FUNDEMOCRACY = no science penalty, Dem like trade added to trade squares, grassland, and a couple normally non trade specials like iron. Plains may not produce dem like trade but then a player might be more likely to transform it to grassland. 3 non
suport units. WLPD = extra trade
VOTED RULES:
No stealing, bribing, planting nuke device, poisoning water, trading stuff or info, sabotage (sabotage could start with espionage)
Trade routes only with own civ
SCENARIO RULES:
No huts, barbs/
No city capture techs/
No govt switching/
No nukes in game/
Embassies from start, no dips. SS travel slowed*
No sabotage = wonderlike city improvements for all!
This is not my idea of some "ultimate-everything else sucks kind of game" but is just an alternate style.
In playing these games so far there is some discussion on no sabotage being imbalanced making war too costly.
Now with 3 none supported units, and a stable "scenario guaranteed enhanced govt", and sabotage beggining with espionage, maybe this will be helped. Techs should still be at same rate, and trade benifits should be similar to democracy.
Anyone is welcome to check out either the map or the scenario. I can send it email or ICQ and would very much like some comments and suggestions on both but especially the map. It isn't a major scenario deal, but that was the environment chosen to use to reach the goals I was looking for.

We are soooo close to finishing this game. If we could find a time to re-group for 1-2 more sessions we could wrap this up. I am available Tues. 23rd 6:30pm PDT or next Sat am again.
