Just terrain, no Luxes, No Resources. Possibly having interior Cultural borders being blacked out.

Also, have the screenshot set so that you can't tell where there is a Unit (because of Line of site).

What can we see ATM that is that important lux and resource wise, E_T?

It has been pointed out that they can defeat the blackout the moment they open an embassy.

Why ask to exempt those things?

As to the units... that we could do. SS with no cities or units, just the plain map with or without resources.

Heck, you can just create that in a sim.

Straight screenshot, minus units.

Why? 2 main reasons.

1) We will be able to gather more info out of a screenshot that includes bonus/lux/strategic resources than they would.

2) Nothing hurts trust more than withholding information. I know it can be a sore subject, and I'm sorry if it bothers people, but I return to the lesson learned in the Poly PTWDG when RP withheld info from GoW by not letting us explore.

I can't see any way that they could cheat of us infomation without being very lucky. The only thing we have to be afraid of us is the ino we are giving them about our capital, but they will get that anyway when they build an embassy (I reckon they are researching Writin. Philo beeline et al), and good luck against the Enks if they try to use that infomation in a war.
