See and thats not my experience -- I grew up in the poorest province in Canada yet college was available to everyone. There were enough loans and grants to get you through.
I worked part-time pretty much every year so I don't have a lot of patience for the can't afford it argument here in Canada. The US with those sky high tuitions is different
