Ok no Huge maps then, as a settler I'll settle for less - if no one jump their gun when they read this of course. Anyone?

And, if 3 other players are interested I could sit some day, or nigth, and do some consecutive player turns in a row. It would be very nice indeed to get some speed and quick action in the game - at least at the very beginning of the game.

Hiya all. I am already in a couple of PBEMs already but I want to let everyone know my preferences for their reference.

SMACX preferred over SMAC

I am in 2 games just starting out right now. I think I'll see how it goes before getting involved in any
more.

Maps: really big maps are not good as I seem to run into trouble late game in SP with huge maps.

Faction Preferred: UoP, Gaians, Cult, PK; but I am willing to try anyone. Well, maybe not the Data Angels.

Level: Transcend

I'm sure I can handle up to 4 concurrent games without slowing down any... any more than that I can't guarantee

I 'd like to sign in too! I can play up to 3 games concurently. SMAC or SMACX ok. I prefare to play as the UoP(free tech: the ascent to trancesedance, if not this one, anyother ok) or as the Consiousness in the turnament map, but I prefare to play as the Gaians or the Morgans in the map of Planet or random map. I am very interested in joining a game but I need someone to explain the process. I am a veteran SMAC player but a novice to playing in this environment.

As to the pertinent information required from me...

Tyler, you just need Winzip to zip up the save states. right click on the file and select, add to zip.
