News from France:
-Strong trade bonds connected to the Russian empire
-French boy scouts back from adventure-tour in Switzerland.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-At the beginning of the new year sparkling signs of fruitful trade connections have seen daylight between the french and Russian nations. International economists looks with great interest in the newly established trade routes from all over France to the Russian city of Warsaw. Comments as: " This may result in stronger bonds between the two nations", and "A big leap for democracy and setback for Preussian militarism." filled the newspapers from all over the real democratic nations.
-The past few weeks and months have swirled with aggressive statements from the German and British side. The simpleminded and clumsy military intelligence of the two nations have foolishly recognized a non-military boy scout unit adventuring in the Swiss-Alps as a military target. Is this the sign of the wolfs covered under their sheep-clothes?

Italians Block Adriatic - Peaceful convoy obliterated - War vrs Italy and Turkey begun! - France remains quiet
This January a convoy made up of freight and escorts made its way from the harbor at Trieste down through the Adriatic Sea, only to encounter an Italian naval blockade. Having not been forewarned about such a blockade, the CUE convoy politely asked to be let through. The impetus Italians however violently let off a barage of fire. Under cover of Destroyers the frieght snuck north and unloaded its cargo. Reports of it being sold in the underground market have not yet been confirmed. In a bold, yet fatal attempt, the escorting armored cruiser returned fire against the Italian Battleships, but to no avail.
Siding with the Italians are the Turks, who, no doubt will be willing to resign a peace treaty as they have no interest with facists who block trade without warning. Had only Italy taken Turkey's lead and warned about hostile blockades. If only Italy had curbed its anti-peace loving factions everything would be copisetic. Alas!
Upon hearing of the atrocioty against trade, Russian and German diplomats have finalised the alliance. Russia has not yet declared war upon Italy, though, unless Italy wishes to give repair, such action is only a matter of time.
Oddly enough, France has remained quiet thus far. Evidently ties between France and Russia have grown so strong that they refused to get into a conflict that could only harm said relationship.
Ioannes has been quoted as to saying, 'it is a sad day when freedom and trade is litterally shot in favor of war and destruction.'
Also, this reporter would have to agree that the 'boy scouts' are indeed not really so, but wolves that look like sheep. This reporter hardily thanks the French for clearing that up.

Of Love and Hate
By Mark Walther
It was in great shame that Alberto Ignefficenzo left the palace after a personal audiance whit the emperor, an observant palace servant noted that the Admiral no longer wore any epauletes on his shoulders and that his official rapier had also was missing.
One hour later the Emperor officially declared that due to the incredible incompetence of two naval officers, they are both stripped of thier rank and their names will be removed from all records, now in the book "Of love and Hate" the tragic story that brought two nations to the edge of war is revealed.
The book reveals that Ignefficenzo and Admiral Insipide of the german meditereanean navy where old rivals, a rivalry that started 20 years ago at the Glascow Naval Academy, the nature of the original disagreament was over a certain lady (whose name the author hasnt divulged out of respect). Eventually as the two young hotspurs and former best friends where planning a duel to settle the matter, the young and very neglected lady where intruduced to another student, a young american officer, who she came to fall in love whit and eventually she acompanied him back to the states, when the two young officers found out about this, they both blamed the other one and ended up dueling eachother anyway, after several wounds they both swore to never rest untill the other fell by thier hand.
20 years later as Insipide was comanding a small escort headed for the Ionian sea he once again met whit his old friend and sworn enemy, the actions that followed are history.
The pope having learned of this painfull story called upon both parties, it appears the two former rivals, stripped of all rank, reunited by the pope, now have left for the US, there they will start a shiping company and forge themselves a future.
Apparently as very close friends again.
They got the money needed to start such an enterprise by selling the rights to their story to the author of the book.
All in all this was a very entertaining book and I would like to give it a 4 out of 5 and...

Gallant Diplomatic efforts tries to lap together the mess caused by the madmen in the fleet!
Diplomats in both Berlin, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Rome is doing their best to clean up after the horrible mess caused by the two traitors Insipade and Ignefficenzo. A formal treaty of reasurance has been concluded whit Russia and a similar agreement is awaited to be signed by germany in whitin the nearest month.
All naval officers obliged to swear aligience directly to the emperor!
In response to the dealings of former admiral Ignefficenzo the emperor has decreed that all the high ranking officers in the fleet is to swear an oath of aligience to him directly.
He also made clear that any new acts of disobidience will be dealt whit severely.
The entire imperial administration is going through some changes following this incedent, to prevent a similar one from ever ocuring.
It is the hope of this paper that when the administration is changed more room will also be given for the people of Italy to express themselves, as the emperor promised a year ago.
Imperialist Russia invades Romania!
This is an outrage!
This paper has learned that the russian army, in complete disrespect of every diplomatic treaty ever signed, invaded the sovreign nation of Romania earlier this day!
This cannot be alowed to go on, the imperialist pact needs to be stopped.
The city of Iasi was totaly destroyed at the hands of the plundering Tzarist hordes and as the city was looted and razed to the ground the Tzar himself has been romoured to travel whit his army, torturing some prisoners personaly in interogation sessions in the Russian field HQ.

Meanwhile bid of continued German conquests in Denmark has reached us, although the germans are much less agressive against the civilian population, the change of masters is hardly welcomed by the Danish people, only Copenhagen and Greenland remains as Danish territory now.
Another sovreign nation turned into a vassal of the imperialist block, this cannot be allowed to go on.
And Brittain the only semi-civilized nation of the three allows this to go on unhindered, but all this has been said before, this is nothing new. Except for the fact that it is new territory being invaded.
The world is in a depressing state indeed when atrocities like this can go on whitou anyone reacting...
