The real question is whose? Horse, at one time, thought that civloony-toon was a SuperSneak DL. I was never sure of that. I'm tempted to think that civwacky is a Horse DL myself. One thing's for sure, whoever's DL civie might be, he does know the cant; He's got the bible-beater lines down pat. Now Laz makes the unqualified statement that he IS a DL, and that's that.
Do you know something the rest of us don't, Bugs? 
While we're on the subject, who's DL is Giancarlo? Isn't it painfully obvious to everyone that he is NOT REAL? Let's see; he's an adolescent, would-be fascist dictator with deep personal problems with his ambiguous sexuality. 
Is anybody REALLY buying this stuff?
Watching the three DLs, Gian, Cecil (EvC), and Civie go at each other was the most fun I've had all month. 
I'm betting that they're ALL the same person.

I find this all...odd.
We all know (or think) that civvie is a comedy DL, and more and more people now believe Gianni is a DL, EVC is a DL of himself, and on and on and on.....makes the head spin.
If nothing else, it livened things up, cause they sure were dull for awhile.
Still not sure Gianni is a fake, but he's becomming more bazar as time goes by, and his "personality" seems to be changing, so it does indeed look like he's a fake, but if he is. he is among the greatest DLs of all time.
EVC is just a nut, so there is no need to even think about that.

Chris, you weren't around for Civie's debut in the OT; I was. For about a month or so, he managed to piss off almost everyone. He even elicited a scathing flame from MtG! I think the only person even remotely in his corner was Lincoln, and even he was somewhat reluctant to be there. Laz is right about this 2nd incarnation--it's not quite up to the original. It's almost like there's some weird franchise.
Giancarlo is too silly to be believable for one minute. Moreover, his too-quick willingness to supply a "photo" of himself just screams "attempt-to-create-credibility." After reading stuff from this DL for the last few months, I think somebody is trying to do a parody; Hitler--as a boy. Even odds that Gian and EvC are one-and-the-same. EvC has done this before, but that was a little before I got here. Ask one of the old timers what he was like. He got the title "Apolyton Daffy Duck" at one time. His latest incarnation, "Cecil" doubtless has some obscure reasoning behind it, and maybe, after all, Laz is right again, and it's just two disgruntled acol'ers, acting out their frustration cuz nobody ever comes to their site or talks bad about them the way that they incessantly do about ACS.
Just a theory.
