OK, the game has started, participants & turn order is outlined below. It is a standard SMAC game on a large wet world on librarian level (I think).

Please zip the file before sending and label it appropriately: ie. I have sent the first turn to Smack: Gecko-Smack-2102. Unzip the file into your save directory & play as normal.

Waiting for the savegame to fly into my mailbox...I'm glad we're underway! Whew! Maybe next time we should apply with substitues in hand so the missing-player delay doesn't hold us back.

Hehe, I thought i was the only one to celebrate my Chieftan post, and here I am Warlord! Growl! Happened today. Er, I'll try to post the turn earlier nextime round. Hobbes had only just sent me the game as he forgot it in the first email...I'm going to admit right here that I only started with one colony pod. That way if I lose badly I won't be demoted to Worm Breeder.

Finally got SMAC reinstalled at the last minute =o i had to name the email funny and talk all in caps becuase my keyboard errored and my e,r,m and a few other keys wouldnt work =o *sigh* but its all good now!

SITS, Grrr! You cheated! Actually you didn't, that was perfect use of the lack of rules and use of available resources...I'll email you the 100 EC's straight away...I'm glad you didn't indicate anything else about the chapter as I'm going to use a few more quotes from it. Congratulations!

Hehe, even as I wrote it I figured you might not get it..C.O.D. in the states is 'Cash on Delivery' for things a person orders through the mail...I've never used it, but apparently you pay the postman for the item?!? so a PB, COD would be, ah, undesireable, can you say 'major letter bomb'? Deirdre is busy communing with the wormies.

No i did it right,i double checked to see if i had played it and it gave me warning saying everyone would know if i loaded it again so im sure i did =o (dont worry i canceled not replayed it )

When i sent it i just forgot to rename it Vytae-Smartfart instead of Gecko-Vytae

Look...you've sent me a file you've recieved from Kass,not a file you saved on the end of your turn. You did it twice.

I can't play that file. It says CEO Vytae of Morganites,enter your password. There is no way i could have that file unless you sent it,right?

Please check your mail,I am sending it back to you so you may check by yourself.
