I had read yin was going to be the interviewee representing the Civ III community. Is that still going to be the case or has him leaving forced a switch? Possibly even moved the Faces feature back?

Chris are you sure you are not judging this a bit too early? | Just going by what Solver posted, Mark.
In the first three interviews, two are SMAC players, and the forth, Yin, is well known as a civ-3 guy.
Wouldn't it be better to have the various areas spread out, and taken one at a time?
Lack of balence is indicated by the choices so far.
Xin Yu is considered by many (including myself) as the best SP in civ-2 history, yet he must wait while all the talk is about a game (civ-3) that hasn't been released yet, and SMAC is talked about again.
And still the OT, scenario designers, and Multi-player is ignored.
I don't see how this represents all the faces of apolyton, only a small corner.
From what you said, mt idea of an interview doesn't fit the faces criteria (I proposed Laz interview AH), so it won't be there either, but in some other way, as you have indicated.
Just shooting my two cents, but it just doesn't seem diorthono to me.

Yes you did. Here is the quote:

Take care...and ENJOY Civ3!

I'll have my diplomacy lessons later .
I actually volunteer out to do something, while I could easily just sit around the forums and post anything, without helping Markos and adding something new.
I think that if you don't volunteer to anything, you shouldn't criticize others much. I would be happy if any of you made an interview with some civer, and I'm going to see if anybody else can do it on a regular basis. Sure, many can, but noone before me did it .
I'll keep diplomatic responses for the time they are needed.
BTW, Markos, when are we doing that special way with AH interview? And did you edit it, or want me to?

...but Civ is what brought me here. I have Civ II running behind this page right now. Very glad there are still people in the other forums that are discussing the game, I do lurk up in Civ III alot. Don't know where I'm going w/ this except that the games are where it's at. It's the foundation that makes every bit of Apolyton what it is, including the OT which I enjoy so much. I LIKE the fact that there's a focus on contibutors to the site and to the games in these interviews, because I'm a gamer.
