Lady Bella Hella sat back in her chair looking disgusted, "hopefully the only thing that has happened is that the unit has been teleported to another location, just like our other mindworm unit - and that reminds me, has Commander Darsnan reported in yet."
"Yes M'Lady. His message reads, 'Hannibal has crossed the Alps', and nothing more."
Lady Bella Hella's mood seemed to improve almost immediately with the news, "Excellent! There is hope for us yet!"

Um something strange witht the forums. Couldn't find the thread and I actually got here by using an old link I had to the thread itself. The "turns of ASPK" thread was missing or I just missed it.

Concerning Black Sunrise: I E-Mailed him on Tuesday asking him to post to the "Black Sunrise" thread created by Northswordsman asking Black Sunrise to give an update as to when he thought he would be available again. So far I have heard nothing back. FYI.

I'm sorry to hear you have been haveing an unpleasant time of it. I'd like to see you keep playing. When can continue playing? Are you having computer problems or internet problems that don't permit you to play?

Do you need more time to get back into the game. How much time do you need?

I think we can wait a little longer but please let us know how long so we can judge if we want to wait that long.

Sorry to bump into your thread, but knowhow2 created a thread "Replacements for Black Sunrise". If you want your games to continue go over there and invite someone to play. A few users are interested if you can put out a turn a day.

This will be posted at ASPK and ASPK II, again sorry for the interruption.

This game is actually getting ridicolous in many sense. This game is on is way to the 8th player if Black Sunrise choose not to continue.

I have to say that I vote for a replacement. It's easy to start or join MP games here at poly beside Black Sunrise haven't played this faction that long to get attached (right?).

What do you guys say? Darsnan? Puddle?

From my observations Black Sunrise's position was getting tenuous at best in ASPK - his continual tauntings of the Gaian people have them foaming at the mouth, wanting action in response to the Hive's jibes, and to this end the Gaian High Council has responded. At best The Hive is going to suffer a slow death in this game. Perhaps it would be better for the Game Chairman to let The Hive wither away, as opposed to inviting someone else in who will quickly realize that they are in a no win position?

My e-mail program was partially disabled by some malfunctioning program. I think it was MS Messenger. I removed MS Messenger and Outlook Express is working again. I just upgraded to IE 6 a few weeks ago. Does anyone know if this is a bug with messenger or IE 6? I'd really like to use MS messenger again. Not because I like it more then ICQ but because I have friends who use it.

Sorry for taking so long to get the turn out.
