You might want to antialias these a bit more, mark. The edges seem too pixelated. When you resample, make sure that you're not doing a straight pixel one, and you should be all right.

If you pick a neutral medium-gray tone in the background they still look fine. I use the CtP2 style and I have no problems...

Finally Civ3 Avatars for the non animating people.

Why are those avatars bigger then 64x64?

If I can make some other will you add them? (and what size should they be?)

i've increased the max to 80x80 so that they look better...

Hey are you using a gif animator program, or imageready? Gramphos

I have PS6 and Imageready 3, but it doesn't have the gif99 export plugin anymore, and I wonder why.. Without that option, I can't make the background transparent.

I am downloading gif animator construction set and see if that helps me

ah you answered already, very quick!!

I was just about to come in and say don't worry, coz I found out that imageready does all the transparency for ya, so it works fine

I want this gif, but I can't use it till I get my post count back, I added blood to his axe, so when he spins his axe, all the blood flies off, altho my friend says it looks like he is bashing his head in,
