Westlake/Firaxis on Poly at the same time?

First PC users get Dan, Mike and the Firaxis crew to post info on Apolyton - now Westlake is in on the action?

If this is true then gaming companies are showing a lot of one-on-one concern for the customer all of a sudden. Mark, you might want to check this out and, if verified, give him a title, as per CA's request.

assuming you aren't one of asher's DLs , this is pretty amazing even for a sceptic like me.

actually, if you see Brad's profile and search for his post, you'll see that it's not his first on Apolyton....

I mentioned to Brad in another thread on this forum that he should contact you in order to get his special title since he is with "officialdom," so to speak.

Looks like he registered some time ago, so maybe he's not interested in a "Westlake Civ3 Programmer" title or something like that. Or doesn't know about it.

if i remember correctly, Brad has a special title but it was lost(along with all special titles) on the conversion from UBB to vB

Hmm ... yeah, I do remember hearing something about that about the time 'Poly switched over. Is the loss permanent? BTW, how is a special title different (coding wise) from staff titles?

special titles on the old forums where an added feature. therefore the conversion mechanism form the old to the new forums didnt "move" them to the new user profiles...

the new forums had special titles as a default feature and we re-put the titles to everyone we remembered but apparently we missed a few people
