Efforts to continue this war? What efforts are those? I haven't attacked you once - I wouldn't be able to, my phalanxes and samurai would stand little chance against German musketeers. If you did nothing for a few centuries then perhaps I would be in a position to wish for the continuation of the war but as it is the conflict appears destined only for my destruction and thus is not something which I am especially eager to maintain.
