As I played the turn before I saw the small wishes from the americans - then the american might be a little unhappy to see, my harrassing continues. I have not replayed the turn.

The Zulu should stop harrassing of Americans on Australia. then and only then will we stop our piracy.....

We also warn your encroaching battleships near Tsukuba. If they are not gone we will dispatch our dear flagships Yamamato and Akagi to sink her. Gee, I don't know. Could it be the ship I found in international waters, flying the Jolly Rogers? The crew all had a definite oriental look to them. And the ship looked to be a decommisioned Janpanese shipof the line. Perhaps the pirates bought it at a military surplus auction
