Recommened suggestion of Rover Deployment - keep them 1 square out of the front line with your own defence units covering them. Use them to attack Sparta units in the open countryside and retreat back to defence lines.
Although, unless a change is done soon, I cannot see the war going to a succsuffell conculsion. Every defefensive line has been breached since Sparta "aquired" high level mil tech, with NO LOSS TO THE SPARTA ARMY!

Building forces as fast as possible, considering a change in social philosophy to hurry production rates. Will send diversionary forces ASAP, and am preparing invasion force forthwith. Will send air units to oversee defenses and reduce the enemy.
